Andrew Martin burst onto the Consul scene and leaveS his father, Chad Martin, as the runner-up for the second straight year. Andrew amassed 170 Laurels with wins in Agricola, Terraforming Mars, and Wingspan while also finishing second in Carcassonne and third in Small World. An impressive list as these 5 events drew a total of 599 players.
Chad, once again with 152 laurels, scored laurels in 7 events including 3 firsts, 2 seconds, and 2 fourths but couldn’t catch Andrew’s large attendance event wins. Nick Henning continued his impressive consul run with his sixth top three finish in the last 7 years with laurels in 8 events including 3 wins.
Rounding out the top ten were Jeff Jackson, Steven LeWinter, Ben Isgur, Matt Lahut, Andrew Emerick, Sean McCulloch, and Carl Chauvin. Chad and Nick were the only two returning Top 10 Consul members from 2023.
