At-the-door admission
for EuroQuest 2012 is $60 for ALL four days or $20 per day for individual
days. Pre-registration for ALL four days by Oct. 18 is available by paying $50. For less than four days, the rate is $10 plus $10 per day (specify days). Children 12 and under may play in the open gaming area
for free when accompanied by a paying adult. To pre-register, print
out this page, complete the form, and send it wih your check
made payable to BPA, 1541 Redfield Rd,
Bel Air, MD 21015 or send the registration information via e-mail to conventiondirector@boardgamers.org and payment via Paypal to paypal@boardgamers.org (in the NOTES section indicate the event, days, and who the pre-registration fee covers). Admission is non-refundable
and non-transferrable.

Euro Quest moves to the Hilton Pikesville, 1726 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208. Phone: 800-283-0333 or 410-653-1100. It is off I-695 Exit 20, Reisterstown Rd. Route 140 East. See map and directions for location details. Accessible to Baltimore Metro Subway, Old Court Station. Hotel shuttle to subway station available. A special rate of $112 per night has been obtained for Euro Quest Attendees. Rates are $122 for triple or quad occupancy. Please mention "Euro Quest" to obtain the special rate and to add to our group's room count. Room options include one king or two double beds. Non Group room rates are $149 or more plus tax. Room reservations must be received by Thurs., Oct. 18, 2012, to be guaranteed the special group rates. After this time, our room block will be released to the general public or sold out.
If the Hilton is sold out when you attempt to make your reservation, please call back on Oct. 18 before booking elsewhere to check for any cancellations.
