Calling all Empire of the Sun players! Experienced or new, and everyone in between!

New for this year: We will be using the South Pacific Scenario from the upcoming v3.2 Empire of the Sun rulebook which includes a new Victory Point Schedule that greatly fixes the balance problems of previous years.

The South Pacific Scenario, introduced in C3i #30 and added into the 2nd Edition/2nd Printing of Empire of the Sun, has made the base game much easier to learn. The scenario plays on a mini-map with a pair of reduced decks and much of the chrome removed. This allows a new player to focus on the main mechanics of play. Furthermore, the rules are taken directly from the base rulebook and the cards used are all exact copies from the base game decks. This means, once you learn the South Pacific scenario, you will know the mechanics of how to play the base game.

Details on the tournament format, rules, and more can be found on the EotS-WBC tournament website at

Additional Prizes: There will be a prize at the end of each Swiss round. They will include a C3i Magazine(s), books or other items.
