The Moose is Loose!

Tournament Format

Building upon the mania of the first five events, this year promises to be bigger and just as silly.

The object - get your moose to the other side.

The format - Class B. The special teaching session will be just before the tournament starts. Really. This is the one game you can
play as you learn. For those seeking a head start... practice flicking objects.....

The tournament will be single elimination. Each matchup will be a best two-of-three event. (We don't want contestants eliminated before the signups are completed.) If you join us for the tournament, you're in for the duration!

Last year we ran tight on copies of the game. Please bring your own.

Finally, this year we're implementing the Dolan Rule. Dan suffers from an allergy to tablecloths while flicking objects. Thus, you can bring in an alternate surface to play the game, if you don't want to play across tablecloths. A 24" x 36" sheet of plexiglass, such as in a poster holder frame makes an excellent alternative surface.

Elchfest - It's Finger Flicking Good!

Dan will also host a Juniors version for those 12 and under Friday at 9 AM in the Heritage room. See http://www.boardgamers.org/yearbkex/jnrpge.htm
