2025 marked the second year for JamSumo and this year took place with just one heat. After a couple rounds where players were randomized into groups of 4, the 16 players with the best scores advanced to the single elimination bracket.
JamSumo saw 29 players and 56 games for the total event with many returning faces making it into the Final again this year, but it was Joseph Birnbaum that took the victory. Joseph claims that he has no relation to the game designer of JamSumo - Gavin Birnbaum, and that it’s just a coincidence that he shares a last name with the designer.
During the Final, Joseph was able to sink all 5 of his dice with only 6 shots in both phases of Jam! On top of that, during the Sumo phase Joseph was able to accumulate a total of 15 points. Truly an astounding performance. Thanks for another memorable year of dice flicking!
