The gaming convention which would eventually evolve into the present WBC got its start in 1991 as Avaloncon in Camp Hill, PA. In 1993, the convention moved to Hunt Valley, Maryland. In 1999, WBC was borne out of the ashes of the fallen Avaloncon. In 2005, WBC opened a new era in the land of the Pennsylvania Dutch as Lancaster Host welcomed us to our new home through at least 2015.
