For the eighth straight year, the Team Tournament Champions had at least 1 goose egg from one member of their team. The Siegelmen had two members score points for their team, while their closest rival, Terrafarmers, had 3 members who scored. The Siegelmen and Terrafarmers both had 19 points with the Siegelmen winning the tiebreaker on number of entrants in their chosen game. The final score was 19.310 to 19.261. Second Place finishers Terrafarmers had 19 points, led by Andrew Martin 9 points (Terraforming Mars), Robb Effinger 8 points (Innovation), Ryan Feathers 2 points (Beyond the Sun) and 0 points from Eric Freeman (Amun Re).

Four teams ranked in the top ten managed to finish in the Top 10 while 2 other Top Ten Teams finished in 11th and 12th. The finish for these 6 teams, in order of finish were: The Siegelmen (rank 3/finish 1), Terrafarmers (rank 6 finish 2), Sweathogs (rank 9/finish 5), Boys of Beachcon (rank 1/finish 9), The Harry B's (rank 2/finish 11) and Horrid Birdmen (rank 5/finish 12). The lowest ranked teams to finish in the Top 10 were Boomerang Gang (rank 34/finish 6) and Team Israel (rank 33/finish7). The Highest Top10 team to stumble was 8th ranked MIT SGS who finished 36th.

No team had all four members score this year. Six teams had 3 members score: Terrafarmers, Dice Hate Me, Sweathogs, Boys of Beachcon, Robodobby, and Greenville Mafia: Take Me On who all finished in the top 20. Fifteen teams had 2 players score including five Top 10 teams. Fourteen teams had 1 player score with one in the Top 10 and four more in the Top 20. Fifteen teams had no one score.

The big movers against the odds were Robodobby up 33 spaces from #47 to #14 , followed by Boomerang Gang up 28 spaces to #6 and Team Israel up 26 spaces to #7. The teams that failed to meet expectations were led by Grenville Mafia: Forever Young dropping 37 places to finish 48th, followed by MIT SGS from #8 to finish at #36, and Train Conductors from #19 to finish at #46.

Predicting wins was up slightly with 9.0%, compared to 7.6% in 2024, of our field (18 entrants) managing to successfully predict their win with 6 (same as 2023 and 2024) of those achieving it in an event they had not won before. Overall, a total of 31.5% of the participants managed to place in the top 6 of their events, down from 34.4% in 2024. Bryan Collars, Thomas Schlosser, Sceadeau D'Tela, and Chad Martin scored the most points for their teams (10 points).

With 4 of the top ten ranked teams finishing in the top ten of this year's tournament, the Bracket Busting Contest was more crowded at the top for our 37 participants. All 37 participants got at least one pick that finished in the Top 10. The Crowded Leader Board saw 5 participants pick 5 correct in the Top 5 and another 13 have 4 in the Top 10. Thirteen participants picked teams in the correct position led by Lumin Sperling and Chris Kizer. Unfortunately, Lumin only had one other pick in the top 10 and Chris had only the two he picked correctly. James Freeman was the only one of the top five to successfully pick a team in the correct place of finish to earn his win in the bracket Busting Contest and earn a free membership for 2026.
