GROUP RATE: The rate will be $149/night for Lodge, King & Queen Tower, and Queen Family, and $159/night for Hotel King Jr. Suites and Executive Floor Rooms with use of Group Code, which will be provided with your membership confirmation. These rates do not include applicable taxes.

New in 2026: All reservations must be made in the name of a current BPA Member. Reservations not in a Current Member name are subject to cancellation by the Convention Director

All hotel rooms have small refrigerators.

EXTRA SERVICES: Some services are available at the hotel for an additional fee. They include:

• Rollaway Beds - A limited number are available at $25/night, plus applicable taxe.
• Pets - Pet friendly rooms are available on the second floor of the hotel in the traditional section only. Pet fee is $30/night, plus applicable taxes. See bottom of the Seven Springs Lodging/Hotel page for pet guidelines and restrictions.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Hotel check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am. A $50 surcharge is added to late checkouts.

HOTEL RESERVATION SCHEDULE: WBC has a long history of early sellouts. Our Seven Springs hotel room block is substantially larger than past guarantees,yet still encountered early sellout status due to speculative reservation tactics. Therefore, to ensure that all our members have a better opportunity to make reservations, all lodging may be reserved on the following schedule only starting at 9:00 am on the below dates:

• Wednesday, January 14, 2026 - Stays of 5 nights or more
• Wednesday, February 18, 2026 - Stays of 4 nights or more
• Wednesday, March 18, 2026 - Stays of 3 nights or more
• Wednesday, April 15, 2026 - Stays of 2 nights or more
• There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for 2026
• Guests may only reserve up to two (2) rooms under the same name and/or credit card for 2026
• Condos and chalets may be booked at any time.

NON-HOTEL ACCOMODATION RESERVATION RESTRICTIONS AND INFORMATION: Condominiums, Chalets and Cottages can be booked now and do NOT require delay. However, length of stay restrictions still apply; i.e., you cannot book a condo for two days until April 15, 2026.

Condominiums/Cottages/Chalets are located nearby on the property and can be rented for stays of two days or more. Guests who can group together with friends and family to cohabit these units will find these accommodations most welcome given their inclusion of fully equipped kitchens and common living room areas that can enhance your visit. While having access to a car is recommended for condo rentals, it is not required, as free shuttle service is available on property around the clock to all condos booked through Seven Springs.

Guests may view Condos on the 7 Springs web site and can request preferred unit(s) when they call in to book their reservations, however, ALL CONDOS WILL BE RESERVED ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS FROM OUR AVAILABILITY TO MAKE SURE THE UNIT NUMBER AND SIZE IS AVAILABLE BEFORE MAKING THEIR RESERVATION. Multi-bedroom condos are rented to one individual who is responsible for payment for all bedrooms in that unit. Individuals getting together to share a condo, need to elect one amongst themselves to handle the payment for the entire group. However, it is recommended that all "share with" parties be listed on the reservation in case someone needs to cancel. See Deposits & Cancellations below.

Pricing and deposit revisions have been made for the booking of Condo and Chalet units for the 2026 World Boardgaming Championships from how these units were handled in the past year.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

• A credit card guarantee will be required at time of booking to hold the reservation (hotel room, Condo, Chalet).
• No deposit will be required when booking reservation – 30 days prior to arrival the full lodging amount for the stay will automatically be charged to the credit card on file and will be non-refundable.
• Reservations may be cancelled, in writing, without penalty 31 days or more in advance of arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 30 days or less of the arrival date will be charged full amount of the stay.
• If cancelling, the entire reservation will be cancelled – you cannot cancel a portion of your reservation.
• REMINDER- hotel room reservations cannot be transferred to another party. Any cancelled room will be returned to availability and subject to be claimed by the next party on the waiting list.

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: The resort—inclusive of all hotel rooms, cabins, chalets, hallways, lobbies, meeting rooms, lounges and dining areas—is “smoke-free". Our smoking guests may request ashtrays from the front desk for use on hotel lodging room balconies.

PROHIBITIONS: No alcoholic beverages may be brought into any licensed function room within the resort. The hotel must dispense all such beverages on the property. Similarly, outside food and beverage is limited to consumption in guestrooms and is not allowed in meeting spaces. For the safety of our guests, no cooking of any sort is allowed in hotel rooms, suites or function rooms.

SEVEN SPRINGS CASHLESS: Seven Springs is cashless. All purchases must be charged to your room or a credit card.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Vail does not provide transportation services. Seven Springs has arranged a third-party service and will coordinate the following airport shuttle services:
